Ebooks and Print Materials

Please note that eBooks and print materials are non-refundable due to the nature of digital and physical products. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or refunded. For example, the ebook and or print version of "AI Bible Study: A Contemporary Guide to Understanding Scripture" is non-refundable.

Programs and Workshops

To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you actively participated in the program and applied the strategies provided. Refunds will only be granted if:

•The work has been completed and submitted as outlined below.

•You request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

•Your submission proves the strategies did not yield results.

Refund requests without the required documentation will not be processed.

How to Request a Refund

1.  Contact our support team at info@lovingthetruth.com with the subject line “ATTN: Refund” within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Attach the required coursework and documentation (see below).
3. Ensure all materials are submitted by the 30th day from your purchase date.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days or without the necessary documentation will be denied.

Required Documentation

To process your refund request, the following items must be submitted to demonstrate completion of the required work:

1. Workbook or Assignment Completion: Submit all completed workbook pages and assignments from the program, showing your effort to apply the teachings and strategies.

2. Detailed Implementation Summary: Provide a clear explanation of the strategies you implemented, including the specific steps and actions taken.

3. Evidence of Results: Include screenshots or documentation of measurable outcomes related to the program, such as personal progress, completed exercises, or results achieved.

4. Engagement Proof: If applicable, show proof of participation in program activities, such as attendance at live sessions, interaction in community groups, or feedback received during the program.

All submissions must be provided within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Payment Plan and Late Payments

• If you are on a payment plan and do not request a refund with the required coursework within 30 days, all payments must be completed as agreed.
• Failure to make timely payments will incur interest at 10.5% per month, or the maximum rate allowed by law.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
• Refund requests citing a change in direction, lack of time, or incomplete work are invalid.
